   Return period
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  Eligible items
Only bags are eligible for return, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

   Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, jewelry (earrings, bracelets, pendants, brooches and other accessories) cannot be returned.

   Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Refunds

   Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
