Welcome to the Sweet Copper workshop.
My name is Maria, designer and founder of the Sweet Copper brand.
Since 2015, Sweet Copper has been working with jewellery crafted from copper and natural botanical forms. The brand approaches natural form not as decoration, but as the foundation of composition. Each piece is a dialogue between organic structure and contemporary design.
Leaves, seeds, flowers, branches and other natural elements are preserved in copper and transformed into pendants, earrings, bracelets and brooches. Every piece is unique, as nature never repeats its forms. Copper preserves their structure, while patina adds depth and character.
Quality is a priority at Sweet Copper: every detail is carefully considered — from clasps to protective finishes — ensuring that each piece is not only visually refined but also enduring.
In addition to jewellery, Sweet Copper creates women’s bags made from high-quality cord with leather elements. They combine aesthetics and functionality, naturally fitting into a contemporary lifestyle.
Today, Sweet Copper pieces are presented in shops and galleries across Ireland and the United Kingdom. The brand is a member of the Design & Crafts Council Ireland and participates in the Made Local initiative.
The philosophy of Sweet Copper is to create pieces that highlight individuality, character and natural beauty, becoming a natural extension of everyday style.
