Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
Bags can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
